Our mission is the systematic collection of library and information sources for the enhancement of physical and spiritual well being of local and international community, accumulation of indigenous knowledge being subjected to oblivion from folklore and global knowledge which conduce to nourish the perpetual existence of people, experimentation and preservation of the knowledge and making the modern generation accessible in multifarious aspects to such treasure of knowledge contributing towards the achievement of the objectives of NIIBS.
